Inducted 1998

After earning his BS in Industrial Management and an MBA from
Ohio State University, Kenneth L. Coleman served in the United
States Air Force. He was separated from the Air Force in 1972 as a
Captain.

Mr. Coleman spent ten years at Hewlett-Packard where he held
several senior manager positions including Director of Human
Resources of Northern Europe and Director of World Wide Staffing.
Then, just prior to joining Silicon Graphics, he worked five years at
Activision, Inc. where his last position was Vice President, Product
Development. In Product Development, Mr. Coleman had
responsibility for all software development activities.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Coleman held the position of
Senior Vice President, Administration at Silicon Graphics. He was
responsible for Corporate Purchasing, Human Resources, Facilities,
Information Systems, External Affairs, Government Affairs and
Corporate Services. As Senior Vice President, Customer and
Professional Services, Mr. Coleman has responsibility for the
company's worldwide customer service organization including
Customer Support, Global Field Service, Professional Services,
Corporate Quality and Internal Process Consulting.

In addition to his corporate duties, Mr. Coleman serves on the board
of a number of organizations including; San Francisco Exploratorium,
Ohio State University Alumni Association, University of California
San Francisco Foundation, Community Foundation of Santa Clara
County, American Leadership Forum, Children's Health Council and
Acclaim Entertainment. He is also active on the Advisory Council of
the Business Schools of Santa Clara University and Ohio State
University, as well as, on the United States State Department's
Advisory Committee on International Communications and
Information Policy.
